As the Sr.
Director of Technology at Ryan Lawn & Tree you will play a key role in shaping and executing our Technology Strategy.

You will lead a dynamic team of Technology professionals and be responsible for the management and enhancement of our technology systems to drive external and internal customer satisfaction, data security, business growth, and efficiency.
With our Salesforce platform, we desire to be on the cutting edge when it comes to delivering client-facing and internal system technologies, while protecting our client data.
The efficient but rapid development of our software is critical for our future.
Leader Responsibilties: Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains management and professional-level staff in the department.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software features and functionality for the Ryan Salesforce information system Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

Duties/Responsibilites: Develop and implement the Technology strategy to align with the company's business objectives.
Oversee the continued development of our new operational software Evaluate and optimize the IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
Drive innovation and technological advancements to improve business processes for field and internal staff.
Manage the Technology budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
This includes working with vendor partners to secure our hardware and networks, and provide our internal teammates with equipment and support that allows them to efficiently service our customers.
Manage ticket escalation and ensure that service level requirements (SLAs) are achieved and that we are meeting defined metrics.
Partner with other departments to understand their technological needs and provide solutions.
Ensures the integrity and reliability of computerized information systems, communication systems, and office systems including the security of data acquired and stored.
Stay current with Technology and Green industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for adoption.
Identifies and recommends new technologies and services that will improve efficiency, processes, and operations; reviews requests for additional services and upgrades, assessing the costs and benefits to the organization.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Thorough understanding of Information System policies and procedures.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a senior Technology leadership role, with at least 10 years of experience.
Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Experience with software development and architecture Demonstrated ability to drive technology innovation and improve processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
