Lead Optician

In Vision Eye Care Center is seeking a motivated Optician to join our growing team! Potential candidates will be joining a friendly, progressive, upscale private practice specializing in comprehensive eye exams for all ages, contact lenses, and premium designer eyewear.
The ideal candidate would posses the following skills: * Have a passion for designer eyewear and sales * Love working with people and provide outstanding customer care * Be effective in communicating with patients and colleagues * Demonstrate experience maintaining an inventory of frames * Working knowledge of vision insurance plans and computer skills * Excellent organization and managerial skills * Work with lab inspection and quality departments to maintain high product quality standards * Be able to operate all lab equipment * Possess the ability to lead, coach and build teammate relationships in an environment of fast change We hope to find someone who is looking for a long term fit.
Experience is highly desired but we will train the right person.
Please note 2-3 Saturdays (9am-1pm) are required for this position.
Salary DOE We look forward to meeting you! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $33,000.
