*Position Overview:*
The Project Management Associate will serve a vital role in supporting the Project Manager in the management and execution of commercial projects.
This associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring project goals and timelines are met by overseeing the intricacies of each project, from planning to execution.
*Key Responsibilities:*

Project Oversight: Monitor, evaluate, and ensure the timely completion of projects to meet objectives and deadlines.
2.
Commercial Acumen: Bring expertise in commercial work, commercial maintenance, and construction.
3.
Equipment Planning: Oversee and plan for necessary equipment and tools required for project completion.
4.
Architectural & Engineering Insight: Have a foundational understanding of architectural and engineering plans and principles to help guide projects.
5.
Vendor Management: Procure and assess vendor quotes and bids, ensuring they align with the project's scope and budget.
6.
Project Scope Definition: Clearly articulate the parameters of scope for each project to ensure all stakeholders have a consistent understanding.
7.
Technical Proficiency: Have a working knowledge in specific technical areas such as plumbing, HVAC, sandblasting, and electrical.
8.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development Manager, Building manager, Operations Lead, and Building Maintenance Lead to ensure smooth project progression.
9.
Leadership: Exhibit skills and knowledge in leading teams, ensuring projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
10.
Live Reporting: Create and Present Live reports and presentations on project statuses to senior management, ensuring timely updates and insights.
*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.
g.
, Business Management, Construction Management, Engineering) or equivalent work experience minimum 3 years.
* Strong understanding of commercial work, construction, and maintenance.
* Proficient knowledge in technical aspects like plumbing, HVAC, sandblasting, and electrical.
* Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and project deliverables.
* Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in relevant software tools and applications.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
- Experience working directly in an operations or project management role.
- Certifications in Project Management, such as PMP.
- Previous experience in vendor management and procurement.
