Clinical Director, BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Duties: - Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities - Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors - Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings - Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment plans - Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client progress and treatment activities Qualifications: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification - Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities - Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Familiarity with special education laws and regulations This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs.
