The Experience Designer Associate Manager works as a part of Accenture IT’s Digital Experience Studio and is responsible for general interaction/visual design, including: wireframing, user flows, mockups and prototyping.
They will be responsible for utilizing, or even defining, a design system.
They will be responsible for creating project deliverables that clearly and persuasively communicate the UX strategy and the reasoning behind it.
Key Responsibilities: Uncover user needs through research, develop deep insights, generate concepts, and craft how people will interact with the products and services we design Act as hands-on design expert, shaping concepts & seeing them through from sketch to detailed prototype Participate in or co-leading Design Thinking workshops with end users & business with the goal of driving innovation and modern digital solutions Create design ideas & visualize solutions that aim to simplify processes & complexity of systems while accounting for complexity of organization & diverse user groups Explain, discuss, and justify design decisions eloquently.
Give effective feedback and direction to other team members and take constructive feedback and use it to improve iteratively.
Elevate opportunities for connected experiences across the business leading to improved insights & efficiency while increasing employee engagement Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX (User Experience) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field Experience with Microsoft Office, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Accustomed to working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional team members.
Understanding of areas of specialization within the greater design landscape, including but not limited to Design Research, Content Design and Design Thinking Facilitation; willingness to broaden own skillset into adjacent specializations while refining mastery of primary skillset.
Advanced ability to create experience maps, user journeys, interaction models, flows, and wireframes.
Advanced knowledge of rapid prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital prototypes.
