To be successful in this position you will need previous experience in a commercial kitchen, be able to work independently under your own initiative, and be able to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:
-Assist in menu and recipe planning and development
-Aid in coordination of supply acquisition aligned with budgetary guidelines and menu cycles
-Preparation of food items, following scheduled menu and recipes
-Maintain order, cleanliness and sanitation standards
-Assist preparation for inspections
Qualifications:
-Possession of current ServSafe certification
-High School diploma/GED; Associate's degree in culinary arts preferred
-1-3 years experience and/or training
