As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining efficient store operations, and enforcing store policies.
Alongside the General Manager, you will provide guidance to team members during your assigned shifts.
Responsibilities: Blend delicious tasting smoothies Ensure guests' purposes are met when ordering smoothies Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience Properly prep fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids Perform opening and/or closing duties Perform store checklist tasks Show up on time and ready to work Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King Essential Functions: Operate a blender and POS cashier system Regularly move boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs.
