Queen’s Price Chopper – Customer Service Lead Position

The primary purpose of a Customer Service Lead is to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
A Customer Service Lead is responsible for greeting customers and assisting them as necessary, providing fast, friendly and accurate check out services, handling refunds and returns.
Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
Observe all store rules and company policies.
2.
Maintain a neat, well groomed personal appearance at all times and observe company dress regulations.
3.
Greet all customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service.
4.
Observe shift -operating hours at all times as scheduled by department manager.
5.
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
6.
Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation standards in compliance with store policies.
7.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
8.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· High School Diploma or G.
E.
D equivalent preferred.
· Prior work experience preferred but not required.
· Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
