Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Manage maintenance-related projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with external contractors as necessary.
Oversee inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring availability and cost efficiency.
Track and analyze maintenance data to forecast potential system failures or inefficiencies and develop preventative measures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance management roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
