Director of Nursing

Director of Nursing- LTC - Kansas City, MO *Salary: up to $145K (depending on experience)* Qualifications: 1-2 Years of relevant experience Currently licensed as RN in Missouri Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited nursing school required.
Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; at least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superior project management and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated success in operational process improvement and performance management.
