Water Mitigation Supervisor

PACT Construction Services LLC seeks a self-motivated, high-energy, results-focused Water Mitigation Supervisor to join our growing team.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee restoration projects from start to finish - Coordinate and schedule restoration activities - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols - Conduct site assessments and develop restoration plans - Supervise and train restoration technicians - Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments - Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders - Maintain accurate records and documentation Skills: - Strong knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and equipment - Proficiency in using power tools for restoration work - Experience with asbestos abatement procedures and safety protocols - Proficient in using hand tools for various restoration tasks - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Effective communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications: - 1+ years of Restoration industry experience (required) - 1+ years of management and/or supervisory experience (preferred) - IICRC certification (preferred) - Pass a criminal background check (required) - Valid driver's license (required) Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification as needed.
