*Requirements:*
· Proven experience in the tire and automotive service industry with a track record of leadership, customer satisfaction, and creating a respectful workplace environment.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and excellence.
· Exceptional customer-centric mindset, with the ability to create positive experiences that build long-term relationships with customers and prioritize their satisfaction.
· Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to develop opportunities that promote business growth and success, while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with supplier partners, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
