Operations Director - Retail

Our client in Kansas City, MO is looking to hire an Operations/Facilities Director to oversee a large retail center.
Responsibilities: - oversee all facilities of the center, respond to emergencies, make sure all operations running smoothly - respond to any after-hours emergencies from retail tenants - must be flexible and on-call after hours as needed - will manage a team of 2 people Requirements: - retail or office/commercial operations experience required.
Retail is preferred.
- management experience preferred.
- strong knowledge of building operations Salary range is $75-85k depending on experience.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.
