WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE As a Digital Product Manager, you will be a critical decision-maker responsible for translating business priorities into product requirements and user-centric digital solutions.
In this role, you will lead the work on Hallmark.
com to deliver new capabilities and enhanced user experiences, serving as the ecommerce subject matter expert working collaboratively external technology partners and internal agile teams to deliver best-in-class solutions within a variety of technology platforms.
In this position, you will own day-to-day actions and short/long term strategy for certain areas across our ecommerce platform (hallmark.
com).
You will work closely with our business partners across the company, as well as other product teams across HD and DCOE, to optimize the omni-channel experience we are offering our consumers.
Major responsibilities include: Strategize and define product visions and product roadmap that synthesize the needs of the business.
Demonstrate ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, build business cases, and measure product performance.
Develop and communicate a solid understanding of end-users, the marketplace, competition and future trends of digital platforms and channels.
Identify opportunities for efficiencies, digital ecosystem optimization, revenue & functionality growth.
Create, and groom a backlog of well-formed stories for implementation, collaborate with business and agile teams to prioritize the work to be delivered and work with team on product execution.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies.
Provide progress and status to senior management throughout the organization.
Manage and communicate tradeoff decisions between scope (value in expected ROI) and schedule (higher operating expense in longer release cycles).
Candidates must have strong communication and facilitation skills, with a proven record of leading complex projects with multiple business partners, business acumen and the ability to present plans and opportunities with individuals at higher levels in the organization.
They must exhibit corporate & interpersonal savvy and confidence leading technical projects under tight budgets and timelines.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years professional work experience.
At least 5 years’ experience in product management and/or website management experience.
Experience with agile development methodology.
Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience using data to define business value, define priority, and manage trade-offs against competing priorities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS At least 5 years of experience in an ecommerce digital product management role At least 5 years’ experience managing technology platforms and roadmaps.
Experience working with Salesforce Ecommerce platforms.
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into digital strategies and solutions.
· Familiarity with application testing, debugging and analysis of issues.
Familiarity with Usability Design (best practices, consumer journey flows, wireframes, etc.
).
· Proven background in collaboration and creative problem solving to deliver upon business objectives.
Ability to manage competing priorities and a high volume of initiatives at one time.
Proactively prioritize the work and manage expectations.
Curious and self-starter.
Client-service mentality.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS The salary range for this job is between $120,000 and $125,000.
Salary will take into consideration several factors including location.
