Requirements:
* 5+ years of restaurant management experience, showcasing leadership, responsibility and the ability to train and develop your team
* Awesome sense of humor (non-negotiable)
* Previous experience as a Server/ Bartender
* Understanding of social media platforms
* Holds employees accountable for excellent intuitive service and fosters an environment of open, clear, two-way communication and continuing education.

* Extensive Beverage knowledge

* Oversee the training direction of the FOH/BOH team

Pay: $55,000.
