* High-level management of Profit & Loss * Ensure proper staffing through accurate sales forecasting.
* Maintain a safe and pristine restaurant.
* Partner with the Executive Chef and ensure staff are trained properly on the culinary program.
* Manage the Bar Program to ensure craft cocktails, beer, and spirit offerings are on point with trends.
* Perform ongoing training and development for team members.
*Experience must-haves:* * Current Restaurant General Manager experience leading a high volume restaurant with a scratch kitchen.
* Excellent industry tenure and references * Proven ability to manage a profitable P&L * A clear understanding of safety and sanitation protocols.
* Professional and kind personality * Strong knowledge and passion for wine Sommelier certified a plus.
* Natural ability to lead a professional team.
* Hands-on with the “want” to be on the floor during service times.
