Dietary Manager

Heritage Avonlea of Olathe is seeking an experienced Dietary Manager who has had experience working in an assisted living or nursing home setting.
Heritage Avonlea provides three meals a day for an average of 40 residents per meal.
Grat working enviorment $1,000 sign-on Bonus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Cooking three days a week.
Ordering all food based on the monthly budget.
Inventory of food.
Hiring and scheduling kitchen staff.
Overseeing food quality, presentation, and cleanliness of the kitchen.
Proper kitchen sanitation.
Maintaining regulatory compliance.
Qualifications: Manager/ Food Handlers Certification.
1-2 years of dietary experience in assisted living or nursing home settings.
