Position and Key Responsibilities The IT Delivery Leader for Husqvarna Construction (HCD) North America is part of the GIS HCD IT Operations team.
Who is accountable to ensure the overall life cycle, delivery, support and governance of infrastructure, workplace and local applications towards Husqvarna Construction globally (one of three business divisions in the Husqvarna Group).
This position is located in our Olathe, KS office.
The IT Delivery Leader HCD NA is responsible for the life cycle and end to end delivery of local or regional IT Business services in USA and Canada towards Husqvarna Construction NA.
The IT Delivery Leader act as a trusted partner and advisor towards business with regards to the local or regional IT Service.
To provide recommendations and to drive value-added initiatives for the business and users of IT Services.
The IT Delivery Leader is also responsible for the daily operation and to ensure alignment with service agreements and IT security guidelines.
Establish and maintain service commitments with business (SLA/KPI based).
Secure that the Services delivers according to business demands and agreed service commitments towards business .
Participate and report service status in business and GIS forums to follow-up delivery of local and regional Services and to prioritize support, maintenance and development activities.
Be the main point-of-escalation for the business users when delivery processes or contracted Services are not performing according to pre-defined levels.
Guide business users on IT processes and help to escalate IT issues to other GIS functions.
Present a local or regional IT landscape to allow better interaction / collaboration with other GIS colleagues.
Manage changes, as a Project Manager.
in the local IT environment and services, including resources and budget Coordinate and support Global GIS projects.
Maintain and develop lifecycle and maintenance plans for local applications.
Optimize the service delivery of local services including change management, release, capacity, problem management etc.
Support audit compliance of the local/regional IT business services.
Assists in license management and ensures regular reviews of user access management.
Support the business in local IT purchases.
Ensure adherence to the global IT Service Management processes and functions for the services, where applicable.
The role includes continuously building relationships and communicating with key-users/stakeholders, Suppliers and other GIS functions to ensure successful deliveries.
Education and Experience Bachelor degree with minimum 5-7 years experience in a similar role within a global environment.
Experience with workplace management and/or infrastructure management.
Experienced with ITIL processes Experience managing projects and IT budgets Hands-on, self-going, service-minded, methodic, analytical, result-oriented, driven, team-player, business-focused.
Language skills: fluent in English.
