When you work as the Accounts Receivable Supervisor at KCAS Bio, you get to further our mission by ensuring the efficient and effective processing of invoices, timely collection of payments, and accurate reconciliation of accounts.
You will also be responsible for supervising and training team members, setting performance goals, and monitoring their progress.
In this role, we will rely on you to:
Supervise full cycle Accounts Receivable process including processing invoices, cash application, collection of overdue accounts receivable, client communication and effectively supervising staff engaged in similar activities
Collaborate with other departments to resolve client inquiries and collection of overdue accounts receivable
Provide excellent client Service by providing timely and professional responses to internal and external receivables inquiries.
Demonstrate Knowledge and leadership in maintaining and streamlining processes within Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
Demonstrate Accountability in performing month-end closing procedures
Coordinate submission of accounts receivable requests for the annual audit
Ad-hoc other duties required and necessary to support the business
Supervise a hybrid work location team, which supports multiple locations, including development, productivity, and quality monitoring, coaching, and driving SMART goals
To qualify specifically for this role, you will have:
4+ years related experience in billing, accounts receivable and collections
1 year of managerial experience is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics GP, or other applicable accounting software preferred
Effective verbal and written communications skills
Effective communication with all levels of personnel within the organization
Ability to plan and organize independently on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Perform all aspects of job in a way that supports company brand and company mission, vision, and values
