Our client has 150 employees across 4 states and is looking for a LEADER in HR to build & execute the HR Plan and create a culture of engagement, sustainability and cohesion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an "intrapreneur" who has a broad range of experience across all aspects of HR: Recruitment, Training & Development, HRIS, Comp & Benefits and Compliance.
You will have a seat at the leadership table, developing & implementing the key HR initiatives that enable long term growth and engagement.
Experience building & leading a comprehensive HR organization is required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $73,909.
00 - $78,080.
