Job Summary: This is a full-time position within RC responsible for providing professional assistance to administrative and clinical team members.
This position would be accountable for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure the highest quality client care.
Responsibilities: Supervise all administrative support team members.
Ability to perform daily accounting duties.
Supervise the orientation/onboarding and training of new administrative support team members and onboarding for new clinicians.
Primary contact for EHR team.
Oversight of external contracts and billing for those services.
Complete weekly/monthly reports for the Leadership Team.
Ability to efficiently use the Microsoft software suite for financial accountability, to include running and analyzing key management reports.
Cover reception desk as needed.
This includes answering phones and setting patient appointments.
Conduct weekly team meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Multi-year experience working in and with EMR/EHR's.
Knowledge of basic accounting and accounts receivable.
Knowledge of confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or higher education.
3+ years experience managing a practice.
Medical/Healthcare office experience required.
Payor/Insurance billing experience preferred.
