*NEPA Lead*

*Salary Range:* $100-$130k DOE
*Summary:*
As a NEPA Lead within our Environmental team, you'll assume the primary role in NEPA projects, emphasizing project execution, maintaining quality standards, fostering client relationships for repeat business, and overseeing key accounts.
Responsibilities include supporting marketing and business development initiatives, supervising and directing professionals and technical staff, and advocating for efficiency in deliverables.
Collaborating across teams and offices, mentoring and training colleagues on intricate tasks, and potentially conducting fieldwork on job sites are also part of the role.
Previous experience in NEPA, environmental studies, or relevant expertise in transportation, telecommunications, and water resources projects would be advantageous.
