Job Overview: As a Premium Support Business Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the client onboarding process for the Premium Support Models.
You will work closely with the VP of Premium Support Business Management and the Client Success Service Management teams to ensure clients receive a world-class onboarding experience.
This will involve developing, implementing, and monitoring client onboarding strategies, managing client content, and monitoring client satisfaction levels.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining client databases, analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with the Client Success Service Management teams to implement process improvements.
The person who holds this position will help ensure that we maintain our commitment to best practices in order to guarantee department projects align with management/department goals.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working in cross-functional matrices while managing multiple projects or programs.
Responsibilities: Support Vice President in administering and monitoring department project portfolio, capacity planning, project status updates and ongoing reporting deliverables.
Manage projects from inception to completion.
Assume ownership of tasks and see them through to a timely resolution.
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of department collateral Monitor client satisfaction and databases.
Interface with LPL Conference Services for department events Become accomplished in use of all relevant tools and resources.

Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in developing process and continuous improvement strategies.
Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent documentation skills along with in-depth knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledgeable in change management strategies Reporting and data analysis Preferences: PMP, CAPM, CSPO, PMC, PLC, CPM, CSM, ETC.
