Registered Nurse (RN)

The Grand Royale is hiring RNs for day and night positions on our nursing team.
If you want a rewarding career in a positive environment, The Grand Royale would love to have you onboard! *Responsibilities* * Assists and follow care plan for patients * Pain management * Provides medical expertise on pain and symptom management for patients and family members * Provides high quality of care * Keen observation skills * Compassionate communication skills * Accurate documentation * Record a patient’s medical history accurately * Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
* Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
* Monitor patients’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts * Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc.
, clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks * Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions *Skills* * Proven experience as RN * Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team * Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Compassionate and able to handle stress * Current RN license *Sign-on Bonus!* Schedule: * 12 hour shift * Night shift * Weekend availability Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Standard shift: * Day shift * Night shift Weekly schedule: * 3x12 * 4x12 * Rotating weekends * Weekends as needed License/Certification: * RN (Required) Shift availability: * Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
