NEW Martin D-10e - $800 (Kansas City)

I’m selling a new Martin D-10e.
This was $899 plus tax around $1000.
Then I paid the store to do a professional set up.
This also comes with a new case.
I have well over $1000 in this guitar that I am selling for $800 FIRM/NO TRADES.
My wife is letting me buy a multi-thousand dollar guitar but told I had to sell a guitar in my collection.
This guitar is perfect with no scratches.
