Smaller sizes are usually a bit cheaper than full.
Full size start at 350$ Typical student models range in price from 350-700$ for fractional size outfits and 400-600 for cheaper or repaired cellos and 800-1200 for typical rental quality outfits in excellent shape.

These instruments have all been professionally setup with quality strings and include bag and new bow.
