Key needed for original band (Independence)

Our band is looking for a most excellent keyboardist to join a band of seasoned musicians on a mission of musical exploration outside the boxes of genre and radio play.
All original music stemming from various roots.
One song could sound like straight ahead rock, another ambient jams, or a country sound, or jazz, or a percussion jam into some spacey stuff, or reggae sounding vibe.
It could all mesh together in one song.
We could play one of our tunes in a cookie cutter style and make it 4 mins or we could jam it out and make it 15mins long with unknown segways and solos before bringing the train back into the station at the top again.
Age ranges from 26-70 in our band.
We rehearse either in NE Independence or near WOF usually on a weekly basis.
One show per month in the metro.
We're not about the money - we're about the music.
