Folk music ensemble looking for additonal people to join the collective project.
Our standard line up is acoustic guitar, acoustic bass, 3 vocalists and a suitcase full of weird percussion and miscellaneous instruments.
The standard press descriptor we use is "campfire acoustic singalong meets sweaty barnstomping hootenanny.
" Lots of vocals, lots of energy and looking for more fun toys to add to the sound.
Almost all originals, but the fun oddball cover tossed in here or there.
We usually practice once a week, play out a couple times a month.
Pretty chill in terms of stress or time investments, though we do take the "making good art" part seriously.
Members are late 30s into 40s, though we absolutely don't care at all about age, appearance, anything like that.
Vocals are a big plus as well if you got them.
The more voices, the merrier.
