Seeking a full-time Property Manager for an apartment community in Kansas City, MO.

At the direction of the Regional Manager, the Property Manager will be responsible for training the team, implement and monitor operations, profitability, quality service, marketing, and resident relations of the property.
He/she will utilize management skills to train, motivate, and empower the team to reach goals.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule, supervise, and direct daily activities of all on-site team
Responsible for fiscal budgetary compliance with the approved operations budget
Compliance with management company personnel and operations policy and procedures and compliance with company standards
Provide effective marketing and communication, including advising management of pertinent issues as related to the community, market, or other respective issues
Plan, promote, and implement an effective Resident Retention program

Salary $60,000 - $70,000 DOE
Eligible for quarterly bonus and leasing commissions
