*Responsibilities:*
As a Project Manager/Team Lead, you'll oversee and assist a team of individuals responsible for the organization and identification of assets, hosting public previews, and facilitating the pickup of auction items.
*Primary Duties:*
* Effectively lead a team to organize, identify, and photograph auction items.
* Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards, facilitating efficient auction processes.
* Manage inventory and resources effectively to streamline operations.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, assisting clients and potential bidders as needed.
* Utilize computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel and Access, to enhance cataloging efficiency.
* Maintain strong written communication skills, emphasizing accurate spelling, grammar, and vocabulary in catalog descriptions.
* Manage project deadlines.

*Qualifications:*
* Enjoys assisting people and possesses exceptional customer service skills.
* Proficient in inventory and resource management.
* Demonstrates advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Access (experience a plus).
* Exhibits strong vocabulary, spelling, and grammar capabilities.
* Photography experience preferred.
* Forklift certification a plus.
* Physically able to lift 50 Lbs.
* Willing to commute to jobsite within a 100-mile radius
*Requirements:*
* Full-time position with hours between 8:00 a.

, Monday to Friday.
* Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of our main office in Belton, Missouri.
* Availability during designated work hours; no weekend shifts required.
