Looking to share house with someone (Raytown)

I'm back to posting another ad looking for someone to rent a house in raytown with.
I have not found a house yet since I'm waiting to find someone who isn't crazy and can sign a lease with me.
I come into this rental agreement with an adult son, 2 dogs and 2 cats.
If you're ok with that, can actually sign a lease and not fail with past evictions or criminal history then please attend one of my interviews.
I've decided to handle things differently this time since things have not been going well so far.
Right now I'm setting up time slots for Monday at noon at the IHOP in raytown and again at IHOP in raytown on Tuesday at noon and again at 6 pm.
Please RSVP.
If you don't let me know you're coming and no one else has requested that same time, I am not going to show up.
In other words, I have to know someone's coming or I'm not going to be there.
These will be group interviews unless if course only you shows up.
So don't bother contacting me if you can't sign on a lease, have anything in your background that would not be acceptable from the renters and can get the gas bill put in your name.
Again, Monday at noon and Tuesday at noon and again at 6pm.
