We will be adding a location in the Kansas City market to support our ongoing growth in the market and to help us accelerate it.
At Baysingers we are focused on providing products and service to Police, Fire, EMS, and Security Personnel as well as some corporate customers.
Everyday we get the privilege of working with and assisting, the First Responders in the markets in which we work.
We are growing rapidly, and are in a very exciting time in our companies history.
Our team is a biggest differentiator from our competition so we will prioritize fit and attitude above experience.
This will be our second location and thus there will be a number of things we will figure out together.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, opening and closing the store, training, daily metrics accountability, proactive customer engagement, keeping a clean and organized work environment.
While we will have retail sales, retail sales are a small percent of our overall sales.
Most of our business will be on servicing our Agency customers and their employees.
Compensation Expectations
Base Salary of $36,000-$40,000.
After the first six months monthly bonus potential exists.
