Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs - Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete work orders - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance and repair techniques - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing - Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with staff and tenant - Basic leadership skills to coordinate maintenance tasks and prioritize work orders Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
