Assistant Managers are responsible for managing the store or foodservice in the absence of the Store FoodService Manager.
Assistant Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited tp; supervising and directing the activities of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, training employees, monitoring compliance with company procedures and policies, maximizing sales, controlling expenses, maintaining stock levels and inventory.
Assistant Managers are responsible, in conjunction with the Store Manager, for ensuring store goals and objectives are met and creating a positive store atmosphere for employees and customers.
Assistant Managers need to be people oriented, self motivated, dependable, possess strong leadership skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment focused on customer service.
