Cashier/Floral Clerk

Duties: - Perform retail sales duties, including assisting customers, answering inquiries, and providing product recommendations - Operate the cash register and POS system to process transactions accurately - Maintain inventory and stock shelves to ensure products are readily available for customers - Assist with floral design and garden maintenance tasks, such as arranging flowers and plants, watering, and pruning - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly Skills: - Must have _*floral experience, *_We will train you on our POS System.
- Strong knowledge of retail math and ability to perform basic calculations - Experience or knowledge in floral design is a plus - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales is beneficial - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
