Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Asset Protection Associate.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets, employees, and customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in surveillance, loss prevention, and conflict management.
Responsibilities: - Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect and prevent theft, fraud, and other security threats - Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter criminal activity - Respond to alarms and investigate any suspicious activities or incidents - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during criminal investigations - Implement and enforce company policies related to asset protection and loss prevention - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with any security-related concerns or inquiries - Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, including written descriptions, photographs, and video evidence - Assist in training employees on security procedures and protocols Experience: - Previous experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment - Familiarity with criminal investigation techniques and procedures - Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and customer interactions - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
