*Job Title: *Front Desk Team Member - Clayview *Reports To: *Operations Manager *Expected Results: *_In Support of the Genesis Intentional Culture_ 1.
*Purpose:* The Front Desk Team Member operates in accordance with the Genesis Purpose, treating staff as family and working diligently to help people take charge of their health! 2.
*Mission:* The Front Desk Team Member ensures the Genesis Mission is executed to the fullest extent within the club, fulfilling the commitment we make to members regarding the quality of their club experience and our ownership of their health and fitness results.

*Tools:* The Front Desk Team Member uses the Genesis Awareness, Communication, and Conflict Resolution Tools to cultivate healthy, effective operations throughout the club.

*Brand Absolutes:* The Front Desk Team Member models all five Genesis Brand Absolutes at all times, supporting & building a positive Genesis Brand reputation in the community.

The Front Desk Team Member operates competently and according to the expectations outlined in the Front Desk Manual at all times, upholding club policies, procedures, and performance standards associated with the position.

The Front Desk Team Member enthusiastically welcomes every member and guest into the club, provides any information or assistance throughout the duration of their club visit, and thanks each individual for joining us when they leave.
3.
The Front Desk Team Member is responsible for ensuring the desk and lobby areas are maintained to Brand standards at all times throughout the duration of their shift and performs scheduled inspections as required.
4.
The Front Desk Team Member is responsible for performing, maintaining, and monitoring all cash handling procedures during their shift; variances are immediately reported to the OM with all required information provided.
5.
The Front Desk Team Member monitors all marketing material placed at the desk and in the lobby, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
6.
The Front Desk ensures proper stocking of bars, beverages, and supplies at the desk according to their shift checklist.
7.
The Front Desk Team member arrives for every scheduled shift on time, dressed according to uniform standards outlined in the Genesis Handbook, and prepared to work.
8.
The Front Desk Team Member is responsible for clocking in and out according to assigned shift and break schedules; when needed, the Front Desk Team Member submits complete and accurate timeclock corrections to the Operations Manager prior to the end of the applicable payroll period.
9.
The Front Desk Team Member provides their schedule availability to the OM according to the requested deadline; requests for time off are submitted to the OM at least two weeks prior to the date requested.
10.
The Front Desk Team Member is responsible for securing coverage for their shift in the event of a scheduling conflict; in the case of illness, the Front Desk Team is responsible for communicating coverage needs to the OM immediately.
11.
The Front Desk Team Member is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely knowledge of important information related to all areas of club communication provided by the Operations Manager.
12.
The Front Desk Team Member attends and actively participates in monthly front desk meetings as scheduled.
*Position Qualifications and Requirements* _*Qualifications – Front Desk Team Member*_ · Genuine passion for the health and fitness industry, and a deep commitment to providing exceptional customer service support to both members and staff members · Demonstrated ability to build a healthy culture and team environment within the club · Effective communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills · Experience with cash handling and running credit cards _*Requirements – Front Desk Team Member*_ · This position is full-time or part-time with a variable schedule; the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends according to the needs of the club is required.
· Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
· This position has an inherent amount of physical and mental stress; all candidates must be prepared and capable of adapting to such conditions.
· This position requires physical exertion; standing, walking, lifting, handling, thinking, problem solving, calculating are all required and often constant.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.
