A Day in the Life:
As a Site Lead at Missouri Organic Recycling, your day begins with a warm welcome to your drop off site(we have five different locations).
You'll start by preparing your station, ensuring everything is in order to provide efficient and friendly service to our customers.
Throughout the day, you'll engage with our clients, handling cash, credit, check, and account transactions with precision and a smile, making their experience memorable.
Your role isn't just about accurate transactions; it's about providing friendly advice and guidance to our customers.
You'll be the face of our organization, offering helpful suggestions and creating a positive atmosphere.
Your dedication to customer satisfaction will be reflected in the smiles and gratitude of our patrons.
Throughout the day you will check products, communicate with your site operator, store data, and answer any inbound calls to the site.
At the end of the day, you'll play a crucial part in balancing the cash drawer, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
