Minimum Qualifications:
Education & Experience An associate degree in business administration, retail sales or marketing ispreferred; 2 years' experience in staff management and development or combination of education & experience.
Certifications:
Valid Driver's License.
Able to drive on behalf of The Salvation Army per Salvation Army Policy
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communicationwith customers, management and coworkers.
- Basic computer skills including but not limited to the use of the Point of Sales System; the payrollprogram, Microsoft Office Suite and all other programs or systems that are adopted by the TSAARC.
- Ability to give change accurately.
- Good speaking, hearing and vision ability, and excellent manual dexterity.
Supervisory Responsibility:
- Train and supervise the store staff.
- Document and provide information requested about direct reports to Regional Manager for apersonnel review.
- Review and approve time and attendance for store personnel using the current payroll system.
Checks time logs regularly.
Following all current regulations and trainings.

The work environment for this position is a store environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.
The environment may be dusty and may experience temperature fluctuations based on weather.
Maystand for extended periods.
Full-time position; will require weekend and evening hours.
