Reporting to store Leadership, the Store Associate is responsible for completing duties as assigned according to production and workflow standards, as well as ensuring a positive customer experience in both the front and back of the store.
Full-time positions are scheduled 30-40 hours per week.
Operational Maintaining appropriate security of cash and donated goods Operate register, as directed Complying to Agency policies and procedures Ensuring a high level of customer service both front and back Performing duties according to safety expectations and procedures Ensuring the physical safety of the back room and sales floor Communicating safety issues and concerns to ensure quick resolution Ability to operate a cash register and POS system Ability to count change, count down cash drawers and complete accompanying paperwork Greeting customers and accepting donation and issuing receipts General store upkeep including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, glass cleaning, and bathroom maintenance.
Qualifications The Store Associate will be a proven leader with the following: Experience in customer service preferred Comfort with handling cash and operation of a cash register Ability to perform job duties safely High school diploma or equivalent is not required.
