Dr.
Vince Clinical Research (DVCR) is a world-class early-phase CRO (Contract Research Organization) with a custom-built, green-designed headquarters and research complex in Overland Park, Kansas.
DVCR specializes in conducting clinical trials for both healthy normal volunteers and patient populations in a wide variety of early-phase trials.
As a Marketing Coordinator reporting to the VP, Business Development, a key role is to provide marketing support to the organization.
The Marketing coordinator would be responsible for performing day to day marketing activities (content writing, design, event coordination, SEO, social media, etc).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail, and must have marketing experience at a previous CRO or pharmaceutical service provider.
This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment to achieve deliverables.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in daily marketing tasks as needed to achieve objectives
* Work closely with Business Development to ensure Marketing objectives are aligned
* Development and implementation of marketing strategy plan
* Ensure companies marketing standards are achieved
* Planning and coordination of conferences for Business Development Team attendance/exhibiting/speaking opportunities
* Develop and maintain processes for the marketing team
* Maintain and develop content for social media pages
* Assist in writing content as needed (Press Releases, Blogs, etc)
* Develop and design collateral
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 2 years marketing experience at a previous CRO or service provider
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivation and ability to proactively achieve deadlines
* Demonstrate ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
* Strong team orientation and a passion for continuous self-development
* Proactive and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player
* Solid computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and other design platforms
* Experience with SEO, Social Media platforms, Design and Content writing, etc
