1990's model SCMI MiniMax 13.
75" (350mm) Jointer (yes, jointer) and Planer combination.
This is an Italian made machine, very heavy castings, a very well-made machine with a compact footprint.
This is the FSB35 model; the FS35 model is identical but can have a mortising attachment added.
The comparable MiniMax 12" machine today retails for around $6,495.
This was owned by a contractor who used it before converting to CNC machinery for finish carpentry work, specifically built-in cabinetry.
It is not a "pretty" machine but everything functions fine and adjustments are smooth.
Machine runs fine and cuts/feeds fine, although I would replace/resharpen the knives.
There is light oxidation on the tables.
I usually will dismantle, repaint, clean and reassemble machines with new bearings and knives.
Since this has a large capacity for jointing and the flexibility of being used as a planer, combined with the fact that a number of people needing this size capacity are not too concerned about appearance, I have decided to list this "as-is"; if I did the normal work to this and added a new knob or handwheel here or there I would ask significantly more.
Again, it needs some cleaning and paint but is mechanically sound.
This a three-phase machine.
The motor could be swapped to a single-phase unit or a phase converter/VFD added.
The existing motor is approximately 3 hp.
It has a push-button switch and a short cord that was direct wired.
I am able to source and install a helical-type carbide cutterhead if interested.
I would ask a small labor charge and material costs.

43589/ Asking $1295.
I live east of the KC metro area but could make delivery arrangements in KC area at no charge.
You would need a hoist or forklift to unload (it is about 700 lbs).
This could also be loaded onto a trailer at my location, or I would be open to delivering with a drop-bed trailer if you cover any costs.
Thanks for looking!
