Floor Buffer / Burnisher - $295 (KC / Warrensburg)

Heavy-duty Floor Blazers (I was told made by Nilfisk) 20" Propane Floor Burnisher.
Unit has a 13 hp Honda engine with 103.
1 hours on the hourmeter.
Adjustable handle, manual and electric start.
I purchased this along with a lot of other machines from a business and all of the machines were fairly well cared for.
I have not personally used the unit but based on the engine "turning over" and the appearance, combined with the condition of the other items, I believe this to be in very good shape.
I would like to sell this soon.
Asking $295 or reasonable offer.
