Spicin Foods is currently looking for a self-motivated individual for our *IMMEDIATE* Facility Cleaning Specialist opening.
This person will be in charge of overall upkeep for the internal building, manufacturing plant, offices and external grounds.
This team member responsible for ensuring our entire facility is in a clean, working order with the following primary job duties:
* Internal facilities: daily cleaning and removal of waste for of offices, break areas, bathrooms, production and warehouse areas including but not limited to: empty trash, vacuuming, sweep and mopping of floors, windows and other items as necessary.
In addition, stocking of supplies in all areas for operations and employee needs.

* External areas: manage routine upkeep of exterior areas and parking lots, docking bays, including basic maintenance to ensure safety compliance for all auditing regulations.
* Miscellaneous: run floor machine for warehouse areas and handle emergency clean up of major spills, upkeep requests and another other duties as assigned; manage vendors and supplies;
*Requirements:*
The successful candidate will have pride in their work and an understanding the visual appearance of our facilities in a representation of their performance.
Additionally, candidates will possess:
* 1 year recent experience in facility cleaning role.
* Mechanically inclined, knowledge of cleaning equipment systems.
* Physical requirements: the ability to speak, read and write English language; ability to stand, bend, craw, squat, kneel, climb and lift up to 50 lbs for entire 8 hour shift; able to work in confined and loud spaces; able to work extended shifts and weekends as needed.

* Organized: Able to work independently; effective time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with a high attention to detail.

* Adaptable: Willingness to accept change; exhibit flexibility and adaptability.

Has a get-it-done mentality.
