Maveric Automation is looking for an individual that has experience in electronics and that is reliable, mature, self-motivated and willing to learn.
We will provide on the job training for specific equipment & products.
Responsibilities
* Mechanical and electrical construction of developed products
* Test, Diagnose, repair and/or replace malfunctioning electronic components
* Operation Manufacturing Equipment such as Pick and Place Machine, Reflow Oven, Wave Soldering Machine, CNC Mill and / Lathe.
* Circuit board population and soldering
* General manufacturing work
* Assist with packing and shipping products and stocking supplies
* Learns how to use and apply tools relevant for performing the essential functions of this job description
* Follow company procedures and basic safety procedures/protocols.
Qualifications
* Proficient with Windows 10 operating system and proficient with Microsoft Office products
* Must be comfortable testing equipment rated for up to 240VAC
* Minimal understanding of electronics & electrical circuits
* Knowledge in the use basic electronics and manufacturing tools (oscilloscopes, voltmeters, calipers, soldering irons, as well as basic hand tools)
* Exhibits a good attention to detail and good organizational skills
* Ability to follow procedures to create sub-assemblies for larger products.
Sufficient knowledge to perform one or more of the following:
* Produce components to print specifications using CNC controlled equipment.
* Produce PCB assemblies from BOM / XYRS / Gerber files using Stencil Printer, Pick & Place, Reflow & Wave Solder Equipment.

* The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and in risk of electrical shock, while performing the duties of this job.
There is a usually moderate noise level in the work environment.
Work Schedule
* Part time and full time positions available
* Occasional overtime and weekend work available, but not required
