*Job Description:*
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
o Performs assigned day-to-day light repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance.
Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
Escorts and hosts 3rd party vendors for client equipment repairs.
o Reviews assigned work orders.
Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
o Assists with inspection and upkeep of building equipment systems.
Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
o Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC.
o Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
• Years’ Experience Required: 2+
• Education Requirements: HSD, Trade School preferred
• Systems/Software Proficiencies: Outlook, Work Order systems
• Certifications: Electrical, Plumbing/HVAC nice to have
• Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs.

Job Type: Contract
Salary: Up to $26.
00 per hour
