Pay Range: $54,000 - $67,000 / annually
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
As NFM’s Field Project Manager you will oversee residential or commercial installation projects.
You will partner with sales staff, delivery providers, installers, contractors, project managers, and/or homeowners to ensure project is completed.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
• Monitor Inspect projects and complete field inspection reports on custom installations when needed
• Manage expectations of quality and performance per contract with builder
• Plan Sustain continued knowledge and training on current procedures of all relevant products, market trends and processes
• Assist NFM teams in developing, evaluating and maintaining the quality assurance process
• Collaborate Facilitate and maintain working relationships and communication between project internal partners and external partners

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 4 years customer contact experience required
• 2 years of appliances or flooring, kitchen and bath sales experience required
• 2-4 years of project management experience or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Missouri residents must have Class E driver’s license
• Must meet hiring requirements documented in DOT non-CDL policy
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Proficient design skills in commercial as well as residential products required
• Advanced knowledge of appliances or residential and commercial and residential flooring, kitchen and bath as well as relevant materials and products
• Advanced knowledge in all phases of construction
• Decision making, problem solving, and time management skills
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle and criminal background check
