*PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION* Provide graphic design and additional artistic services to support the operations of the marketing department focusing on logos, packaging, web design, printing, sales, photography, video, and all digital applications following our brand guidelines.
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* * Plan and execute creative projects end to end.
* Create production-ready files for company projects including email marketing, brochures, print ads, billboards, t-shirts, sales sheets, social media images, website banners, and more.
* Ideate, create, design, and build content that is on brand, unique, authentic and covers a variety of platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Reddit).
* Help bring customer-submitted content up to professional standards for use within the brand.
* Ensure company logos and color schemes are used consistently and correctly throughout all media.
* Provide design direction to outsourced marketing firms and videographers.
* Review resumes of potential new Marketing team members with the interview process.
* Conceptualize, design, and execute packaging for products.
* Visit retail stores to research trends in package structure, content, and design to stay competitive in the category.
* Collaborative skills such as group brainstorming and openness to team-oriented environments.
* Collaborate with our International customers to translate their verbiage on our packages and design their packages within the limitations of their country.
* Conceptualize, design, and execute product instruction sheets, brochures, coupons, sales sheets, tags, logos, envelopes, business cards, letterhead, etc.
* Design point-of-purchase displays for retail spaces (shipper floor display, counter display).
* Design signage and décor for the trade show booths.
* Layout and prepare electronic files for prepress accurately to save time, money, and prevent confusion in the print vendors’ pre-press department.
* Submit electronic files to the print vendor.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
