*ElevenTen Systems* LLC manufactures load-bearing cold formed steel wall panels for midrise structures, apartment buildings, hotels, commercial buildings and single-family residences.
We also construct curtain wall panels for high rise buildings and other buildings.
We are seeking a full-time project manager and REVIT Designer to be part of the growing ElevenTen design team.
The responsibilities would include management of multiple projects including: building modeling in REVIT, purchasing & procurement of materials, creating shop cut lists, scheduling shop production, managing deliveries, coordination with the projects design team, general contractor, and subcontractors.
The candidate will be required to meet with and coordinate the structural design with project architects, project EOR, general contractor/ construction manager, building official, and the special inspector.
Site visits and travel will be required but is not anticipated to be extensive.
Experience in the AEC community and experience with REVIT is required.
Microsoft Office products is necessary, particularly Excel.
