Summary:
This position is responsible for the management of customer accounts for domestic equipment and tractor sales.
All facets of the tractor and equipment sales processes are included in this role, including sales proposals and quotes, coordination of development and delivery with engineering and production, and customer account support and follow up.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients.
Connect with older/estranged clients in order to rekindle relationships that may have been previously lost.
Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls, preferably from previously unexplored regions or areas that have had tendency for lower business.
Develops and implements strategies for sales in varying regions, and looks for ways to introduce our products into other markets.
Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.
Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients.
Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepares contracts and submits orders.
Collaborates with purchasing departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
Periodically prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to determine success of performance.
Develops and handles relationships with local Spanish speaking communities and customers abroad.
Other duties as may be necessary from time to time as seen fit by the Company and agreed upon by the Employee.
Pay:
Base salary of $55,000 to $75,000 plus commission.
Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, and 401k with matching up to 4%.
